My husband has been suffering with tennis elbow and this seems to be helping him. He pretty much uses it everyday. It is plenty big for him and he’s a large guy. Heats up well.

Great product. I use it regularly for my tennis elbow. The reviews are not kidding when they say it gets hot enough to burn you. I got used to the heat to the point where I used it one time on high for 30 minutes and when I took it off I had a blister. You can bend your arm in such a way that it puts more heat on one spot and if you keep it like that for a long time it will literally burn you. Still, I love this thing and would absolutely recommend it.

Yes this get very warm hot etc. Highly recommend you put on a thermostat of some sort. Long sleeve. Sweater is to big "thick". So you don't get burned. Will burn your skin.

I forgot I had this until just recently when I injured my elbow. It looks well built.When I put it on and left it on high for 5 min’s. I felt a burning sensation and when I took it off you could see where the coils started burning into my arm. They almost look like the thin coils on a hair dryer. I would not suggest this item.

Excellent heating pad for the price. Heats up quickly and the controls are super easy to use. I had pretty severe tennis elbow and I have to think this product helped with my recovery when compression sleeves and exercise failed. Also works on the ankle!

I have an aggravated elbow and this is perfect for getting the heat exactly where I need it. It has multiple settings and will fit anywhere from a small arm to a very large arm because of the Velcro straps.

This would work fine for chronic pain in the elbow area, but it was not effective in targeting my tricep tendonitis which is in a specific area. The heating wires hidden inside the sleeve are spaced out by about 2 cm. Any area of skin directly beneath a wire will get very hot, but an area between 2 wires will not. I got some minor burns in a couple spots beneath wires, but not others because it was heated unevenly.
