The worst quality of this type of appliance I've ever had even for a cheap Chinese. I will never buy a Golda product. All the handles broke off the pot and warmer died after 4 weeks.

If you want your tea to brew properly and be served Turkish style this is item is excellent. I haven't used a teapot and tea cozy ever since I lived in Turkey.

Did not even last ONE year! Started to short circuit.

I bought this kettle in August and the first one was dead immediately. As it was under 30 day guarantee, I asked for a replacement and received it immediately. Unfortunately the second one is also not working properly, it is about to die soon. I said "The kettle is not working, the base seems like the problem. Can you send me a new electric base?". The reply I received is below :>>> "Hi, how are you? We apologize for the inconvenience, but we checked the customer's order details and we found out that it was purchased 3 months ago and please keep in mind that our return policy is only up to 30 days and we can't neither replace nor refund your money. Thank you"Stay away from this kettle, it will stop working after 3-4 months.

Works perfectly. The teapot broke recently (my fault I dropped it accidentally) any chance of getting this separately as a replacement part? Thanks otherwise I love the product and does exactly what I need it to do!

I purchased three of this item by Amazon also Persian store all broken after a few months. The way start to not work: first when I pick up bottom part to use, stick to the electric bottom and after while stop working and unused. So this item is waste of money. You won’t have continued business on this item . Contact me if you need more information.
