Got this for my twin daughters. They are at puberty age, one has already started her cycle (10) the other hasn’t quite yet. I bought one to see how it would work, surprisingly enough it works quite well. My daughter experienced cramps for the first time we got it on her and turned it on. It heats up nicely (a little slow but for her age perfect). The vibration is a nice feature I guess but not really necessary for the purpose we got it for. But could easily be flipped around to use on your back for back pain. The size is perfect and my daughter loves that she can discreetly wear it under her shirt in public (for the heat function). In fact we took it to the movies and she had it on and loved that it helped with her cramps/pain and nobody even knew she had it on. It’s lightweight and she loves the color. Overall very nice.

Works great, heats up fast, has 3 warm temperatures and 3 vibration options that you can mix and match. Rechargeable. Shuts off automatically so I end up having to turn on again. Slightly curved. Not noisy. I'm 200 lb and the belt fit around my big belly.

I love this and the versatility in heat therapy and massage options. I love the auto shut off safety feature. The pain relief for cramps is 10/10 so far. Overall good quality. Noise level is ok and color matches description. I like the adjustable elastic belt and soft velvet material for protection from heat. It was delivered on time and is as described. I highly recommend 👍🏾.

Bought 2 of these and they work great. I bought the black and purple color. My daughter uses it for her lower back pain, neck pain, and stomach cramps. It has been a lifesaver for her at school. Easy to charge. Easy to put on and take off by yourself. 6 different heat settings that heat up quick. Can get hot so be careful not to burn yourself. Multiple different massage settings. My only complaint is I wish there was a constant massage setting instead of pulsating settings. Overall, worth getting in my opinion as it is easy to wear without feeling heavy or bulky.

This is amazing. I have been having really bad period cramps and I asked my boyfriend if I could get this and he bought it for me. Not only did it help with my period pains but my back pains. It heats up very fast and the vibrations feel good. My boyfriend even used it for his back because he worked all day and he said this was definitely a great purchase. He also just told me it feels really f#ing good 🤣 so if he likes it then maybe you will too lol. Very durable and is good in size covering a nice section of your back. Great color as well!

The media could not be loaded. I suffer with PCOS. Meaning my time of the month can be excruciating. With this, I can take it wherever I go. There really isn't any noise. Just slight vibration noise. The quality seems good so far. For $15 you really can't ask for anything better. Battery life is great. It's a super cute pink color. It's very portable. And you get your money's worth. All in all, I'm happy. There's 3 heat levels and several vibration patterns. Just try it and see if it's for you!!

This thing is heavenly. My periods have been rough lately and I got this to help ease cramps and lower back pain and it works wonders. 👏🏼 I love that I can just toss it in my purse or wear it around the house. The vibrating settings are nice and I love that it automatically switches off after 30 minutes so you don’t waste the battery. Only downside is that I wish the battery life was longer. It isn’t short, by any means but I wish I could wear it all day long during my cycle without having to charge it again. Lol
