Works a treat and customer service is top notch
I have another hands free pump that I get large volumes with, however as I still directly breast feed I wanted an option that I can just pump one side at a time or both when I can.When the pump arrived one of them didn’t work and I quickly sussed out that the grey tube connecting the motor to the pump parts was cracked. I contacted momcozy through Amazon and they got back to me within 12hrs and asked for a picture, they then replied within the hour to ask for my details to send a replacement part and the whole situation was resolved within 24hrs of the pump arriving and the replacement arriving 4 days later - I found this really excellent support.The pump itself has lots of pros compared to my other hands free with connected unit:-quieter-inserts for the flange to adjust the size and a measuring guide-more comfortable (probably due to the inserts)-volumes are equivalent even though the suction feels lower-three settings to choose from-less spillage if bending over-comes with a lovely carry case and extra partsCons compared to my other pump:-more parts to wash-can’t be used in microwave bags (it will melt)-don’t get all the drops out when pouring (this is minimal but I still feel like I want every drop!)-have to charge two parts instead of one battery unitOverall I love this for pumping and I have just got 180ml in a morning pump from one side, which is more than I ever have before, so pleased to have this from our 6 months on expressing journey!

I've had this 4 times
The motor stops working each time, lasts a month and then stops suctioning. Momcozy have been brilliant in sending out new motors. But how many times are you going to replace the pumps. How many times it's messed up my pumping schedule and caused me inconvenience. In the end the amount of motors I went through started becoming ridiculous. So they gave me a full refund. Left me with a bad relationship with pumping as in, I couldn't be consistent, and that breaks my heart as I needed to pump more. I am now having to find another breast pump. When it does work and when the motors are working it's fine. But I'll tell you something, I've had so many of these m5's now, it's not going to last unfortunately. Customer service has been good though. But it has wasted a lot of my time going back and forth with them too. The women in customer service says there's a problem with the milk getting into the motor and it's common. Well then why is this product being sold if this is an issue????

Once you get your technique right it is brilliant
I couldn’t get it to work at first but after trying a few more times I got my technique right and I love it! So handy being able to pump and move around. The noise isn’t too loud and very comfortable (once you get used to it - I first tried it when I was less than a week postpartum and found it uncomfortable but I was already sore and not used to the sensation. My baby is now 4 months and I use it daily and I don’t even noticed it now).

Fantastic.
An expensive peice of kit so I was dubious about purchasing however I am SO GLAD I did. It is so worth it. Does everything is says and is quite discreet. I can hear the motors but maybe it's more noticable to me than others. I have used this out in public and didn't get and funny looks! The only thing I will say is sometimes when you are emptying out the milk it can come out of the flange hole so just be careful and empty it slowly.

Mixed feelings
I spent a alot of money on this for 2 pumps. 1 pumps motor stopped working after a few days. I was a first time mother that was in the trenches as I didnt know how to breastfeed so I relied on these pumps while I was learning to breastfeed. When 1 of the pumps stopped working I was very angry as I am relying on these to feed my baby. The other pump however worked for 5 more months as I was using that 1 pump 6 times a day. I would advise new moms to go for cheaper options and but 4 or 6 pumps all from different companies instead of buying 2 of these expensive ones because the motor issues seems to be an issue with alll wearable breast pumps unless you get lucky. Ive had 4 different ones and 3 out of 4 had motor issues with in 1 week. Dont rely on these as your primary pumps. these are however extremely discreet, the lowest sound out of all others Iv bought. They are very practical as I am not stuck to a corner pumping for few hours out of a day. I can go about my day while it is pumping. Was extremely easy on flights, while driving or anytime I am away from the house.

Great Option
This hands-free breast pump offers a comfortable fit with its "baby mouth" design. While I didn't experience a dramatic increase in milk supply as advertised in the first month, I was able to express an adequate amount of milk for my baby's needs in the subsequent months. The pump is quiet and allows for multitasking, which is a definite plus. However, the bulkiness of the pump can be uncomfortable for extended wear.

Absolutely brilliant
These are perfect! Wireless, quiet compared to other pumps, hold a lot, fit in your bra, compact and come in a case that you can take them anywhere! I had them on in a restaurant and nobody realised. Easy to size flange and nipple measure comes with. Best thing I bought after having baby, well worth the money.

Avoid this rubbish product -stops working after a week and you cant get a return it straight away
This is the most rubish over priced I habe ever bought on Amazon. It stopped working after less than 5 days of use.It is fully charged but will not switch on. None of the buttons responds when pressed. Its a shame Amazon allow such a high price point electronic item not to be eligible for return or refund.They know their product is rubbish so they've mamaged to exempt it from the 30 day return policy... leaving new borns and their breastfeeding mothers crying in fruastration.Which breastfeeding mother has time to be sending long emails amd waiting days for a reply when their only option is to express. This is a really shameful product that should be taken off the market for the stress it is inflicting on newborns amd their mother.
