Great product for toothaches, wisdom teeth removal, jaw pain. It comes with 4 ice packs, so you always have cold packs when you need them. The headband is soft and comfortable, stays in place well, Velcro is strong. Ice packs can be heated for use as warm compresses, too. And they're the perfect size for kids if they need some quick comfort for bumps and bruises. Very useful and versatile product.

Perfect for wisdom teeth recovery. Stays cold for the perfect amount of time and fits well. I do have a small head and it def was easy to put on and make just tight enough! Durable and high quality that won’t break the bank! Def recommend!

Product does what it needs! I used this after my wisdom teeth were taken out and it brought me so much relief. Quality is great for the price and the fact that it comes with four inserts, i could freeze two while using the other and had a constant supply! This gave me so much flexibility because I knew I would have it when I needed it 😩 retains ice pretty well but i have not tried the heat, I would say it works well and i have a pretty big head so size is adjustable 👍🏾

My son grinds his teeth and has had trouble finding a guard that he can wear all night so he occasionally has some pretty bad jaw pain. I got tired of him using my frozen veggies to ease the pain so this was my solution and I'm glad I found it - it really works. It's comfortable to wear, made well so it is durable and flexible enough to wrap snugly against his face. The cold packs stay cold for long enough to chase the pain away. The fact that the packs can be frozen or heated is definitely a good thing and it can actually be used for more than just the jaw. The instructions come with heating times for various uses so it's versatile and in my opinion, a really good product.

I had major dental work with extractions done on both sides and this was an absolute lifesaver! It was the only thing that helped the pain during my recovery! The only negative is that the ice packs don't stay cold very long so you have to change them out pretty frequently bit it's a small price to pay for all the relief you get. I highly recommend this product to anyone planning on having dental work or even just to have in your health cupboard for that unexpected emergency tooth problem to help before and after you get it fixed.

I purchased for widsom tooth extraction recovery. It’s a good product for about 10 minutes and the coolness goes away no matter how long kept in the freezer. Alternating the packs is a pain. Would be an amazing product if the packs actually kept its cool for a longer period of time.

I’m not sure what we would have done without this! This helped my daughter SO much after her wisdom tooth removal. Love that there are 2 sets of packs so one can always be cold.
