Really works
I got this device for my wife's Microsoft Surface laptop. It really works. It worked the first time and every time since. With the help of this device, my wife has a real keyboard and a real mouse. They work perfectly with the Microsoft Surface laptop with the help of this device. Note that a Microsoft Surface 9 does not any USB ports built-in. This device provides two (and other ports as well).

Works just fine on my new SP9
The only interesting thing is that for it to fit snugly into the USB-C ports on the side of the SP9 screen, I needed to install it “upside down”, meaning the labels for the ports were now facing away from the scree . Not a big deal, just a curiosity. Functionakity is perfect.

Breaks in a month.
Purchased this a few about a month ago and it has already stopped working.Worked fine up till this week now the connection to the monitor is no good.

INSERT and READY-TO-GO !!
I took it out of the box an hour after delivery. Very easy to insert Docking Station.Immediately, inserted my headphones in Audio jack and computer desk light in a USB port. Total setup-to-use less than a minute.Now, listening to music while desk light charges.Totally compatible with Surface Pro 9. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!

I would rate it a 5 star if it continued to work
I purchased this device in October 2024 and it worked great for two weeks. Then, it stopped connecting to the laptop despite having a light showing power and a connection. Amazon is replacing it and I'm hoping it is just a defective one I received.

Handy docking station
The docking station for my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 has proven itself very handy for connecting various devices (external monitor, USB devices, external speakers, etc for use in my home office. I makes my Surface computer much more useful and productive.
