I always use this flour in my GF flour mixes. Such a nice flavor and texture.

I bought this to make gluten free bread. I like texture works great

I'm currently going through a gluten elimination nutrition plan and this flour has helped me make some of the things I still would like to eat. I haven't tried any yeast recipes, but some pancakes and quick breads have turned out well. A little more dense than traditional flour, but that is to be expected. My only complaint is the price. It's hard for me to comment on quality since I'm new to the gluten free world, but the cost per ounce is higher than others available in local stores. Make of that what you will, but this flour itself seems to be good.

This item cost $11.69 for 230 grams. I made a mistake of ordering this item. When I looked in the store nearby in California I was able to find organic flour 1 KG for $3.99. This item is over priced.

I add this flour to my gluten free bread, it really adds to the flavor of the bread.I am very pleased with it and will buy again.

I used this sorghum to make a cake for someone with a gluten allergy. It turned out pretty good. A little dense, but not bad. I used a little xantham gum to help the texture.

I was surprised at how small the bag was when I received this product. It only contains a little over a cup of this flour so not a lot to make something with. I also would want this to be truly organic as I primarily use organic ingredients when I bake. I am not really sure it is organic as the packaging is confusing.
