I don't think these worked for me, but...
I haven't tried hydrogenated water before this, and honestly, I don't know if it really did anything. The tablets sure fizz a lot when you drop them into the water! I was expecting them to have more of a taste, but honestly there really wasn't much of one, just a slight hint of a metallic aftertaste.I'm giving these five stars, because while hydrogenated water didn't seem to do anything for me, I don't know that that's the fault of these tablets. I read multiple papers explaining what they're supposed to do, and tablets like these do seem to work for some people. The company is reputable, as far as I can tell, and they do testing on their batches, which I like.

"Just DRINK IT! It's good for you!"- every mom throughout time
Remember back in the day when your parent would hover over you with a glass of something that you did NOT want to consume sitting in front of you? And you couldn't leave the table/go outside/do anything until you drank the whole thing? Well...those moments were immediately what I thought of the very first sip I took of the water treated with these tabs. It was...not good (tasting anyways). The box arrived quick, with a clear lot # and expiration date printed on the bottom. Inside, blister packs hold the small, white pills. It couldn't be easier to use them either- just drop them into an 8oz glass of water and watch the magic happen. They dissolve pretty quick and then you want to go right at it because if you let the glass sit, the stuff does start to settle a bit).I like malic acid and have bought it in the past to make home made sour fruits. It's got that dead sour, but dry taste that blows your taste buds out and gives you that awesome pucker like you just sucked on a lemon. I thought these would taste something like that, but diluted and watery- I was way wrong. The best way I can describe the taste-Have you ever taken a medication that made your mouth (and all of your food) taste like metal? If you have, that is exactly what this tastes like. There might be a super slight citrus flavor in it, with a tinge of sweetness, but the latter two are barely discernible. I read that maybe it is because of my body chemistry that this is what this tastes like to me, but it is NOT pleasant. I have to hype myself up to drink it and get made fun of the whole time (before, during and after consumption) by my daughter and husband. I get picked on like a kid who doesn't want to take their medicine, and with good reason too.If it's so yucky, why do I take it? Good question!I power through the 8oz (sometimes I cheat and just do 6oz or 7oz, eventhough it is stronget, but I get it down quicker-usually with my nose plugged) glass because I actually DO feel the positive results of this.I'm having better work-outs with much less pain, I don't have to literally shuffle to the bathroom in the morning because I'm not as sore. My hands, which have been giving me problems lately, are feeling better (and I stopped using the RX gel on them). And, feel more focused and clear headed. I do have ADHD and I have had it for most of my life, and I actually think that these tabs help me quite a bit- Not enough to stop the meds though, which I did try.I struggled with my rating on this A LOT and must have changed it 25 times. These DO work and the effects were noticeable in just a few days too, so I give total credit there. But I had to take a star off because these are WAY expensive! Sure, I realize the science and safety involved and I also realize that it breaks down to just $1/drink, but for that price I feel these should taste a WHOLE LOT BETTER! That's where star #2 came off- the taste. I just hope that maybe they will/can do something to make this product taste better in the future. I don't even need to enjoy it, but I would like for it to at least be palatable.

Works well but prefer my hydrogrenated water bottle
These tablets seem to work well. As stated, while these work ok, I prefer using my water bottle hydrogenated water bottle generator.

Caffeine like reactions.
serious reactions...My daughter has LYME, and a doctor recommended this product. She had serious hyper reactions for two hours after taking it... with elevated body reactions lasting 6 hours. Product should be taken with that in-mind. I will not be giving this to her again. Tablet or pill form may be cut for fractional dosages...

Strong hydrogenation, slight magnesium before-taste
The media could not be loaded. These pills take about 4 minutes to dissolve in water, and create a stronger hydrogenation than my hydrogen water bottle that uses electrolysis. There is a slight powder residue that was left on the glass sides and water surface, but it rinses easily unlike some powder supplements. There is a taste, but it’s hard to describe. The initial sip tastes like it is going to be salty or sweet, but then instantly disappears as you drink and there is no aftertaste. My best guess is this is the magnesium, which is very beneficial and I am glad that I can supplement magnesium while getting hydrogen benefits. Ingredients are simple enough and I feel good about the overall quality and packaging.

Not what I was expecting...
I like hydrogen water and these looked to be far easier to use than the Hydrogen bottle generators you can get. They all have to have the filters replaced or be charged to make the water. So I thought, convenience... Well...Once I popped one of these tabs into the water, all looked like it was doing the trick. Once finished I was really going to enjoy this, but alas... I've used the electric ones and the water does have a slightly different taste, nothing horrible.... But these were not the same. I could see the process as it dissolved, but the taste was not what I expected... Maybe it was me, but it tasted more like a metallic flavor to me, it may have been the added supplements that I didn't taste in the electronic versions.I did take down one glass, but that was the end of that. You may experience something different than I did. The cost of these was more than I would have expected. Pricey, but not to my satisfaction.Currently priced at $60.99 for 60 tablets, that per tab cost is a lot to me. But if you like the benefits, go for it...
