I'm trying to increase my iron intake and decided on these pills. I haven't done a doctor's check up yet, but it seems to work physically. Follow the instructions and you should be good. Tastes funny at first, but it goes away fast.

Great iron supplement!
These came packaged well, tamper-resistant and sealed properly. The unopened expiration dats shows a decent shelf life expectancy.The tabs are more “pleasant” to consume than most other iron supplements I have experienced, and the added vitamin C is another plus!Taking these as directed for 3 consecutive days DID result in some mild constipation in me, but it was MILD and was easily counteracted with careful dietary and supplemental precautions.So far, however, these are a VERY good formulation from what appears to be a very good laboratory with safe manufacturing policies and practices. From what the label claims, it is an outstanding product.From my short-term experience, I agree from the functional evaluation. I like these tabs, I like that they contain a balance of vitamin C as well, I like that they are non-GMO, and they do seem to agree with my stomach and digestion.
