I have never used something like this before but thought to give it a go and I have noticed some good small changes in my v health and will continue to monitor but so far so good!

These capsules for microbiome health are well formulated. This is apparent from the list of ingredient strains but most importantly, the tangible health benefits (more on that later).What many, including me, don't often realise is that different areas of our body - skin, eyes, gut, nether regions, mouth and so on - all have very specific ideal mixes of bacteria (microbiome). \This mix can be disturbed by use of antibiotics or other things like pesticide laden food or the many pollutants around us.Taking probiotics like these can help redress the imbalance. There are many out there but not so many that are designed to rebalance the vaginal microbiome. Taking these resulted in less discomfort and far less itchiness. We were travelling abroad at the time and thanks I think to these, I was able to avoid the usual issues. I think they also helped my gut behave itself.Quite expensive for the amount, but worth having on standby to take as an emergency course when things are off-kilter!

The capsules are transparent, small in size which is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have nasty after taste with no added unnecessary ingredients which I believe makes it a potent supplement. Im currently pregnant & Im prone to infections down there hence Im taking probiotics specifically for women’s health. This supplement contains essential strains that is mainly beneficial for the vagina health. A good probiotic should have at least 15 billion CFU strains to have a positive impact, and this supplement contains 25 billion with 5 billion of each strains which I think is a decent amount of bacteria strains.Though I like this supplement, it only comes in 30 capsules per bottle lasting a month of use. Some same supplements in the market may have more per bottle.Overall I recommend this women’s probiotic supplement due to easy to swallow, quantity of strains & ingredients. This supplement is made here in the Uk and seems to have a very good amount of bacteria, all of which are beneficial to women’s health.Some women can be susceptible to thrush or infection and as one of them let me tell you they are they are not nice and are just plain awful.I would imagine they will take a little while to get into your system but so far :*They’ve been easy to take*They’ve not had any aftertaste*They’ve been gentle on the stomach*Despite using fragranced washes (which would typically trigger thrush for me) I’ve been fine.So far I’m delighted.I like this brand and am also taking VaVa Boom so I have some confidence in their products.I would say it’s fairly priced, well made with no nasties, and good value if it continues to work for me.I hope you find my review helpful.

I found this a little disappointing to be honest. I have been suffering with a UTI so I was hopeful this supplement would help but it is the usual strains - acidophilus is the first listed - and I presume the inulin is the prebiotic - which in this quantity wouldn't be that useful anyway. It's not a bad product but for the current price (93 pence each capsule!!) I couldn't recommend it.

The Quanna Your VFF (love the pun!) is a high quality complex of 25bn pre and probiotics. It is formulated to support intimate health.The plastic bottle contains 30 capsules which are easy to swallow and the recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. I have not experienced any side effects.The supplements are vegan and non-GMO. No fillers or binders are added.This is a premium product that uses top quality ingredients which is reflected in the price. At £23.49 for 30 capsules, it is a little on the pricey side unfortunately. The supplements are excellent and I would recommend them.

It's too early to say if the product itself has the expected benefits so I will update the review if I notice any changes. With regards to the tablets themselves, they are slightly larger than a headache tablet, but go down easily with some water. I haven't noticed any negative side effects as yet but will update if this changes. They are gluten free and vegan which is good.The package seals nicely once opened and stores well but it is far too big for the number of tablets inside.At this stage, I would recommend these if you are looking for a product such as this.

These probiotics come as a 30 day supply, they are easy to swallow and have no horrible taste. I haven't noticed any difference after a month of taking them, no negative side effects to report either.
