This item is 220 that they sell as 120V
Due to the voltage being 220, with 120V in the US it takes you about 10 minutes to boil water in this.It is very annoying. And the tea pot heater cannot heat sufficiently.

Hard to pour water in cup
The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t happy with this .i like the design. This is my second time buy it .first time I opened it late and can’t refund it as my product has issue water spilt when I use kettle .i ordered it again and I thought this one might be ok but still I have same problem with this one .

The part that boils water (kettle part) doesn't stop automatically after the tea is boiled
The kettle part that boils the water doesn't stop automatically. It just keeps giong and going and going until I stop it. I'm not sure if it's suppose to work this way but all the teaset that I had before, they stop automatically.

It’s ok there is no warm setting so the tea gets cold which is not ideal when guests are over

Glass Teapot cracked
Purchased back in February 2024, The glass Teapot was cracked while was on top of tea maker. Not happy what glass material.Pouring into cup is not easy and spell around.
