heats up quickly has a cool auto turn off when heat is to high. easy to clean. only thing size could have been bigger. overall it did what it was design to do.

Works great with my deep conditioner on wash day. Like the fact that it has several minute setting and heat levels. I was originally looking for a hair mister steamer but this did the job.

I was skeptical about this product because this is my first time using anything like this, but it far surpassed my expectations. I love the fact that this steam cap heats up fast, and it fits my head perfectly that I didn’t even need to use the string to tighten. I use this for 20 minutes for deep conditioning or protein treatment and I’m good to go. I’m so glad I gave this product a chance, I wish I knew about this sooner! I love how you aren't bound to a chair with this product and how you can set the timer on the cord without having to rely on your phone or a clock and I love how when I used it for the first time I could see how soft and shiny and moisturized my hair was!!! Great product!!!

Finally received my hair spa cap. It doesn't work...well it kind of works. Settings 1-8 NO HEAT (none, notta, nothing), not even luke warm. Setting 9 heats up for about 2 min, then it' stops, again, no heat. 10 works but I'm not sure for how long because it gets so hot it'll turn your brain into a fried egg. I'll be returning it. Needless to say I'm sooooo disappointed. I've never done this but you get no stars. 🙄😮‍💨😪 Well ain't this a blimp, I can't post my review unless I rate it with a star.

It’s just basic

It's not big head friendly, and even worse when that big head has a full head of natural waist length hair. The draw string sucks and doesn't stay clamped. And even on 10 it barely gets hot. I'm sending it back... not even worth keeping at $15
