Gift for grandson (11 years old) and he loves it very much!It is great looking and can be worn with either side to the front.He has been wearing this daily for 3 months with no discoloring or other signs of wear.It is heavy so do not run or wear during physical activity because it could hit you in the mouth and break your teeth.

Looks and feels expensive
This is so nice looking. Got it for my 15 year old son as a gift because he does boxing. It was a great size, necklace cord was thick, and the whole thing wasn't too heavy. There is no discoloration even after wearing it for many months almost every day. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the chain at the clasp keeps breaking. He fixes it with a pair of pliers each time, but if he runs or is goofing around with his brothers or friends it always breaks. Its a very thin ring that connects the chain (which is beautiful) to the clasp. Maybe buy a thicker one if it happens, I just never remember to look while I'm at the store.

Love that it was a good black color.. has yet to chip and Ive had it for a while. Only bad thing is it is very big and uncomfortable to wear to sleep or when laying on stomach so be careful with that!
