You'll have to play around with the Vehicle Speed Settings to Adjust. Why? Not Sure.2-3 times... I've got it SPOT ON. The other Functions are Near Perfect.I use the Compass and Elevation Features. PERFECT.Takes about 3 minutes to find the Satellites (14-19 in my case.)Attractive. Mounts Well on slightly irregular planes. Tilts Back and Forth and Adjusts Horizon Plane to square up the Positioning. Tight and Easy.No FAULTS yet at all. The Instructions are "unintuitive"... you've got to play around with it on set-up.I'd buy again.J

This is a pretty handy-to-have auxiliary instrument to have in almost any kind of motorized vehicle, because none of my motorized things have displays of ALL of the things this one provides. Examples:- My boats don’t have speedometers.- My cars don’t have altimeters.- My UTV doesn’t have a compass or altimeter.Because I often like to know these things, I have found this device handy as a supplemental readout.Speedometer accuracy seems quite good.A few things I’m not fond of, though:- The speedometer readout changes rapidly - so much so that it can be distracting.- I found it hard to set up because the instructions on which sequence of buttons to press was hard to follow.- It doesn’t attach firmly to anything except with double-stick tape, thus not as portable as I would have liked, e.g. like a portable GPS is.

AWESOME upgrade to any non-metered Golf cart or similar!AWESOME fix/upgrade for an aged vehicle with issues on a speedo/tach/compass, etc....Since I can use BOTH upgrades on a few rigs, I think I'll be keeping my eyes out for a hoped-for such deal during the soon holiday sales blitzing!I LIKE that they now offer this in blue-lit, instead of multi color...I REALLY like the one I got (multi), but on our blue toy, with blue inteirior trimming, I am hoping to specifically find that one on a great discount! lolEasy to install, enjoy and recommend

It works better than I expected it would.

As stated, this speedometer is completely unreadable in direct sunlight. And as I have it installed in a convertible, it's in direct sunlight most of the time.Additionally, it takes several miles of driving before it starts reading anything other than 0 mph.Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase.

I ordered this for my son to use on his electric motorcycle, and he really likes it. Setup and mounting is simple, everything works great, and as far as we can tell it is accurate. Our one complaint, and others have mentioned it, is that the display is not bright enough to use in direct sunlight. This is a small complaint however, as this is obviously not an expensive, high end speedometer. This really is a great choice for the price.
