I like the product a lot. I've been using this for years and it works well and tastes good. Unfortunatly one of the boxes the bottle comes in was damaged. Fortunately, the bottle itself was not damaged. Amazon needs to tell its vendors to package their products more carefully. Getting a refund from Amazon is a real hassle, so getting undamaged items is a must. This has happened with other items I've bought through Amazon. Sometimes it's only through Amazon that the product can be purchased, also a hassle.
