The velcro is rectangular so the corners dig into you palm, should have rounded velcro corners before sewing it on. Very uncomfortable. Also can slide off too easy. Also feels way too bulky. The metal is too thick and doesn't give at all. This is waste of money. I went back to wrapping each affected finger with a Salonpas.

Works great. Velcro is strong and it comes with sturdy metal plates that can be removed for cleaning. I have small petite hands and it still fits me fine. It’s nice that it can be worn multiple ways to accommodate your injury.

The hard pieces dig into multiple areas of fingers and hands. Not even when placed on tight.

This product did not work for me. It kept coming off no matter how tight I tried to adjust it.

These are a bit uncomfortable for arthritis sufferers. I bought these for swimming, to keep both middle fingers stiff while swimming because powering through strokes made my fingers hurt. I just can't handle the velcro closure being right at the joint. Also won't stay on fingers without tightening.All that said; they should work very well for other ailments. This product is exactly as stated. They arrived in 2 days even though I didn't request 2 day shipping. I'm pleased with the company.

Works great for the price

Bought this to ease a hand strain injury at my knuckles. The secure Velcro strap let me adjust as it healed. The metal supports could be bent to allow a natural position. Love it!
