I've been taking this for a month for my immune system and I already see a difference in my skin. I'm so happy with this product. If your on the fence jump off and give it a try. Everything I researched said to give it up to 3 months and again after 1 month I can already see the difference. Spendy but well worth the price. I highly recommend!

I ordered the AHCC Supplement for Immune Support which includes 90 capsules for the current price of $80. I was surprised to find the serving size is actually 3 per day so this is only a 1 month supply. I thought $80 was high for 90 days but for 30 days that’s a daily cost of $2.67 which sounds excessive for an immunity supplement.But I will say considering the ingredients, this is a very impressive immunity supplement. So if it’s in your budget then keeping healthy can be worth the investment.The proprietary blend includes Lentinula edodes mycelia which is essentially shiitake mushrooms and are great for immunity. Cellulose is in here, which is an insoluble fiber so it helps move waste in the digestive system and helps prevent diverticular disease.There’s also Dextrin and Alpha-cyclodextrin which both promote healthy intestinal flora (among other things).So I really like their proprietary blend, not to name the other active ingredients: Olive Leaf Extract, Quercetin Phytosome, Taxifolin, Bromelain, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2. I actually take most of these already almost daily so nice to see them included in the same immunity capsule.Like I said, I do appreciate what this product delivers and I do recommend. It’s just the price is excessive in my opinion so I’d like to see them bring that down or at least offer occasional coupons.Thank you for reading and I hope you find this review and the pictures helpful in making a purchasing decision.

This is a great supplement, and much more well rounded and versatile than your typical immune supplement.Each 3 capsule serving provides 1.5g AHCC, 350mg olive leaf extract, 250mg quercetin phytosome, 50mg taxifolin, 25mg bromelain, 15mg zinc, 5000iu D3, and 120mcg VItamin K (Mk-7)Quercetin, zinc, olive leaf, and D3 all are amazing for immune function - and combining those ingredients with AHCC really makes this product excellent. The olive leaf extract and the 120mg Vitamin K also support cardiovascular health and make this a well rounded healthy supplement to take even when you're not worried about getting sick.All in all, it's a great supplement - but will be tough to tell if AHCC is really benefiting you due to all the other ingredients. If you really want to test if AHCC works for you, then I would recommend trying it on its own, but if you are in a position to try anything to improve your immune function, then this product is an ideal choice and has a really excellent formulation using high quality ingredients.

This is probably not a supplement that you want to take for routine use, but certainly is a good product to have on hand for those times when your immune system is challenged. It does contain significant amounts of D3 which is best taken in the AM and may not be conducive to sleep if taken too late in the day. It also contains AHCC, a mushroom compound that has been shown to increase killer cell activity along with a few other immune enhancing compounds. Since this supplement overlaps with other things I am routinely using, I am saving it for a crisis, but appreciate having it in my quiver. Some individuals are using AHCC for cancer care under the supervision of a medical professional.

AHCC is just great.This product is a great specimen of the AHCC mushroom.I recommend this product to anyone in search of some good stuff to put their immune system into over-drive !
