Q: Does this replace soap/shower gel?

Hi, no this does not replace soap or shower gel. This will filter impurities that are found to be harsh on your hair & skin.

Q: How many shower uses does this do?

Instructions say that with average use to replace every 3 months. I've had mine since the beginning of the year and plan on replacing April 1. So far, that seems to be an OK schedule. I have the rain mist, and it's absolutely luscious.

Q: Will this work with any shower head ?

It works with most shower heads. I have a hand-held shower head, so I unscrewed the hand-held shower head, screwed this in, and then screwed the hand-held shower head onto the other end of this. Worked perfectly!

Q: Is this product (the oatmeal powder specifically) certified gluten free?

Yes! All of our products are gluten free!
