Works great with my Icom IC-7610 - Replaced damaged element in ICM boom microphone
A static discharge damaged the element in my ICM microphone (connected to an ICOM 7610) which made my transmitted audio sound raspy. I replaced the factory element in the ICM mic with one of these inexpensive elements and I'm very satisfied with the audio reports I'm receiving. (Be sure to check the specifications of your radio and desired replacement element to ensure compatibility before connecting a new element to the radio.)

They work just fine
They work fine but not as sensitive as I was expecting. I am still working on the breadboard projects that I bought them for. So, that may not be a problem in the future. Time will tell.

Great mic for upgrades and replacement
Using these to replace bad mic elements or audio upgrades in communication microphones.. Great sound quality.. Louder and cleaner than the original equipment .. Very smooth output work great !!!

Good microphone elements
These work well once I figured out the correct bias. I put one in to replace a bad electret element and it sounded terrible. I connected an oscilloscope and saw the audio was badly compressed. Had to change current limit resistor from 2.7 K ohms to 10K and the audio was perfect. This was with a 3.6 Volt bias voltage so these have very low current capabilities to maintain linearity.

Sensitive a bit to its detriment
Sound is a bit muddled but otherwise good. A bit too sensitive for my uses.

Surprisingly Good
I purchased these with the intention of making stereo mics for field recording. These are very sensitive and have really good sound.
