I can literally see improvements
These vitamins are the best! I switched over to a cheaper brand and noticed my elbows and knees became dry and scaly again, before I even finished the cheaper bottle. I switched back to the Bariatric brand and within a few weeks the dry, scaliness was gone.

Doesn’t smell terrible
I don’t know why many bariatric vitamns taste/smell awful. I know B bits pcan do this but drugstore brands don’t. I’ve tried many bariatric brands and all except this one made me nauseous. My last vitamin smelled bad and my urine smelled disgusting! So I ordered this. So far it’s fine. Minimal smell/taste, and normal urine smell. Can’t speak yet about their efficacy but I’m sure it will be ok. FYI I’m 21 years post RNY.

a good, basic multi specifically tuned for post-bariatric needs
This is a good, well rounded multivitamin that packs a lot into one capsule. I also appreciate that it's in capsule form, because I can open the capsule and add the powder to protein shakes. That works ok and the flavor isn't that bad, but it has a slight grit.If you're feeling lazy you can also just swallow the capsule. I've had no trouble doing that - it's just like any other capsule. No digestion issues whatsoever. The only thing I wish is that they'd take a different approach to the B12 absorption issue than just piling on 40,000% of the recommended dose. Surely there's a more bioavailable form you can use, or sustained release. Lots of companies take this approach and I don't agree with it because that dose is also absorbed in much shorter time than a full day.

Everything a post bariatric surgery patient needs, except iron
These vitamins are perfect for my needs. I had gastric bypass about a year ago and have been taking vitamins ever since. Sometimes iron can be difficult on a post surgery pouch and cause pain, so the option for iron free vitamins is appreciated. This also gives the opportunity to take iron at the most beneficial time to ensure it's fully absorbed. The pills are fairly sizeable, but I can easily manage them with some Gatorade or a protein shake.

Debating on the quality...
The last bariatric vitamin I bought had iron in it and I didn't need iron so I bought this. These I have noticed seem to take a long time to get out of my stomach and I burp that vitamin taste throughout the day. I'm not too fond of that! My other vitamins never made me belch vitamin taste

A Wide Array of Vitamins that You Don't have to Dig Deep in Your Wallet
I needed a multi-vitamin and the good ones can get expensive (not the ones you can get at your local supermarket). I am not a post-bariatric patient, I just take these because they are a good multi-vitamin that isn't unnecessarily expensive. I don't think you'll feel any differently taking a multi-vitamin, unless you have a major vitamin deficiency. I don't. But it's good to know that you are taking care of yourself in a way that carves a long-term path of good health. I wish it had more vitamin D and a wider range of the B vitamins. Other than that, for the price, it seems to be a very good value, as non-massed produced multi-vitamins go.
