Low profile, barely noticable, and definitely looks like a chain can’t get by the design. The shop all took note to it saying they liked the design and the look. I got sweep because my chain ring is a 44t.

I run a big ring setup. As a former pro, it's just a fun way to build strength without going to the gym. I've always had chains fall off, it's part of it, not a big deal. I thought this product would stop that. I can't express how poorly it is designed. There's a plastic piece that breaks with very little tension upon installation. And there's no torque specifications but it wouldn't matter. You tighten it, it breaks, without fail. Second, the chain still falls off. Almost every ride, even with a brand new chain and cassette. Worse than that, the way it fell off for me, caused the chain to wrap around my derailleur pulley, destroying the derailleur, the derailleur hanger and my $2000 rear wheel. Maybe it was just an unfortunate mistake but wasn't this supposed to stop my chain from falling off? Horrible product, from any aspect. Cheaply made and the chain always falls off the outside and still the inside and I tried tweaking settings and so did my teammate and we still have issues. I'd keep looking if you want to run a 1x setup.

Works as expected, just would have been cool if it didn't come used. The packaging was ripped and the guide had chain scaring on it from probably the last person who returned it. Not a big deal, luckily the last guy returned it with all the hardware, who's to say yours will have everything that 'should' come with it.

Didn't come with mounting hardware to mount the device to frame.

I ordered this to install on my diverge with swat box. Reached out to customer service as I wasn’t able to install. Customer service confirmed it should fit my 2018 diverge with swat box. Took it to local bike shop and they confirmed it won’t fit
