Me duró exactamente 1 mes, y aunque no he visto grandes cambios (por qué como todo se que toma tiempo) si desde la primera semana de su uso me bajó un sangrado cosa que no me pasaba hace más de 6 meses… lo seguiré probando vuelvo cuando acabe los 3 meses de prueba

Haven't noticed a difference, but created a good habit

I've only taken it for 2 months and haven't noticed much of a difference, but I have the MTHFR mutation and need the extra folate so that's a huge plus! It has also created a good habit in the morning of drinking a glass of water before breakfast and coffee.

Just What I Wanted

I tried this when my favorite item was out of stock. It was easy to use, just added to my morning oatmeal. It doesn't really have a flavor persay, just noticed it made things a little sweeter. My other product came back in stock, but it's nice to know I have something I can take if it's not.

Improved Egg Quality!

The media could not be loaded. Took this with COQ10 for 2 months, and lowered my FSH test numbers to within optimum range! If you are TTC and need something to help, this is that. Powder has a sweetness to it so it worked well just taking it with water. I am also on metformin, so I take the net form in at night and this midday.

I don’t know if it works

I finished almost all of it but it doesn’t really make me feel any different. One thing though is that I missed a dose one day and it caused my period flow to change. It’s been months since I discontinued taking this powder and my period has not gone back to normal. I have less flow which is not necessarily something severely bad but it’s scary considering that I am close to my mid 30s now and planning on having kids still.
