This is a life saver, works terrifically.
This is a life saver, when we have had the hot weather (which seems to be a done deal and no longer happening) my house was like a furnace and now it is so much cooler using this. Am pleased I bought it.

Perfect
I bought this for my bedroom. Whilst it is a bit heavy to lift for me at 60 + my son set it up today and within minutes my room is a comfortable temperature again. It has simple instructions, can be set to turn off and on ,it has a sleep mode also.i would 100%recommend it to anyone who is like me and dislikes the heat.

Pretty good
With most air con the major overbearing problem is power bill. This unit is powerful gets the job done and costs less than your power hungry smart TV in power consumption. Hanging the vent pipe out of the window has been my go too with black out curtains closed and I'm still able to drop my room to a comfy 24 degrees in a 30 plus heat wave. The only issue you will find is the noise having it on while at night. As the sleep mode will only dim the units lights and put the fan in to low mode. the compressor to cool the air will still run as normal. but when it has the air cooled to you desired temp it will cut out and only on at high increases to keep to that level.

Good value portable air con unit, with all the standard features you'd expect
This portable air conditioning unit is fairly typical of its breed, coming with a set of features and items that you would usually expect to find. In this case, it’s a 9000BTU rating, a control panel and IR remote that control simple functions (on/off, fan speed, timer, target room temperature and what mode the device is in).The 9000 BTU rating makes it suitable for a room of around 25 square metres (in my opinion) provided efforts have been taken to adequately duct and seal the vent.In operation it is not the quietest thing in the world, and in my case there is a slight vibration from the lower rear of the unit that I couldn’t mitigate but it’s not too noticeable, and only appears to occur when the air condition mode is active - I don’t notice it in the fan mode, or the dehumidifier mode. The ‘Sleep mode’ as far as I can tell simply slightly dims the display, and turns off any button beeping sound. The dehumidifier mode I haven’t used as yet, but there is a drainage pipe that you’re intended to hook up if you plan to use this mode so that captured moisture can be deposited. The vanes on the front can be tilted manually. The provided window fitments include one adjustable size sash window attachment, and one fabric one intended for standard casement windows - although the latter is fixed-size so is more of a faff to set up, and might not be suitable for your particular window size. The supplied vent is quite typical of what you get supplied with these kinds of devices - being quite rigid and not as long as you’d want if your preferred location isn’t exactly next to your venting point. I’ve purchased a 150mm diameter ducting from a nearby diy store to lengthen the vent by a further 3 metres - which does the trick for me.One minor grumble I have is that at this price you do sometimes get devices that are wifi enabled and so can be integrated into connected homes for putting on automations and helping to improve efficiency. This product doesn’t feature that. It could have been overcome if there was a ‘resume state on power restore’ type feature as you could have put it on a smart plug, but sadly that is not possible. It’s a very minor gripe though, but this is a feature I would look for if I were getting one again. As with most ‘portable’ air conditioners, it is quite heavy. You’d need someone stout to get it up stairs if that’s the intended destination. Otherwise you’ll just need to rely on the castors to wheel it about. For a price of c. £200 (at time of review), that’s a decent price for what you’re getting, and you’d have to pay a bit more to get the connected features I’d be wanting - or to have greater BTU cooling power.

Very efficient. Has made room reallyComfortably cool. I can’t seem to get it to reduce noise for theSleep mode even tho I’m using the sleep mode button in the remote control.
