Replacement 12-Cup Glass Carafe, Compatible with Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Replaces DCC-1200PRC (Decorative Stainless-steel Handle)

Purchased this replacement carafe. Noticed a slight leak where the plastic top meets the glass so I opted to return it. Customer service reached out to find out what was wrong with it. When I explained, they immediately refunded my money, told me not to worry about sending the defective carafe back, and offered to send me a new replacement carafe from their next shipment. Replacement arrived about 5 weeks later without any further action from me. They never asked for a positive review, just took care of me as a customer. Top level customer service.

The cover on this pot leaks as the one before also leaked and the one before that. You’re lucky if you can pour enough coffee into your cup without leaking all over the counter. Waste of money. Really disappointed.

It was perfect & great quality..

It a good replacement for our broken Grind & Brew carafe, but it's important to measure the old carafe before you buy one. Cuisinart uses different sizes on different models. I couldn't find the model number anywhere on our Grind & Brew, so I just measured the old cracked one to make sure I bought the right one. I didn't realize how stained our old one was until I put this one in place. It drips a little when I put water in the reservoir, but that's probably on me for pouring it too quickly. My only complaint is that it was listed as in stock and I placed the order on Friday for a 2-day delivery on Sunday, but it wasn't delivered until Thursday at 4:00 PM. The daily trips to the local coffee shop were getting old. Other than that, it fit, it seems to work fine, and everyone is happier again with their morning caffeine fix back on track.REVISION:In my original review I mentioned that the pot drips a little when filling the reservoir. It wasn't intended as a complaint, but rather just a noted sidebar. Soon after, the supplier sent me a note of apology saying they were aware of a production problem and the carafe would be replaced when a new shipment arrived. Frankly I had forgotten about it and the slight dripping of water wasn't a really big deal. Last week however the supplier proved true to their word and shipped me a new replacement carafe. Although it was not at all necessary, it is refreshing to have a supplier take the initiative to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied, even those who are already 99% satisfied. Well done! This rare example of great customer service is appreciated.

When I was doing dishes, I accidentally knocked the original coffee pot off the counter and it shattered all over the floor. So I quickly added this one to my cart that very day (if you’re like me you ain’t going without your coffee) and I’m so thankful. It showed up quickly and it’s honestly better condition than the original pot.
