These shots are great so small and taste great having being a personal trainer/nutritionist for 15 years+ and doing multiple physique competitions. They make everything so easy, no powders and mixing shakers on the go. Its great you can drink shots straight or add little water to make them less sweet like a squash, I found 1to1 shot to water ratio worked for me. Alot of my clients have tried and loved and use these shots now too. Really impressed by the quality of the ingredients, 20g Protein with zero Sugar and Carbs is impressive in a 60ml shot that tastes like this.

The best so far, great calories, protein and collagen, I can already see results after one month of taking one daily. The taste is very sweet but acceptable.

These are great. I've switched from milky shakes and protein mousse to these and can already feel the difference. Doing wonders for my loose skin after surgery. I didn't realise how much sugar and nonsense went into the other protein shakes...was slowing my progress. These are so easy to take and taste really nice. I've dropped a few more lbs this month and my hair feels amazingly bouncy!! Bonus.

These are great to get extra protein if like me you don’t need your goal everyday. Although saying this, they smell and taste sooooo bad 🤢.

I bought it for the 20 grams of protein, but the collagen was a bonus. Losing weight, I worry about building muscle and loose skin so these are perfect! Mixed some of it with water as suggested and it tasted just like the protein water I get, but a lot less pricey. And I can easily carry these around instead of the big bottles. Will give the other flavour a go!

Great shots. Nice small bottle given you get 20g of protein with no fat and no sugar! Have used diluted and as is and taste and consistency is good either way. Smells ok. Perfect for smaller appetites and helps me get the protein I need without having to make up protein shakes. Berry nice!

too sweet or sugary by taste (even though there is 0 sugar) and the aftertaste is not nice either.20g of protein in such a small bottle is nowhere near, at least i could not feel it, so a little disappointed, and i was also surprised by how possible it was to 20g of protein in 60 ml of a drink...smells a little of bovine.otherwise good properties per bottle. Fairly versatile, i.e if you cannot drink it straight from this 60m bottle you can dissolve it in any of your preferred drinks and have it this way.If you try this product you would think it is a little expensive.thus, 3 stars out of 5 is a fair rating in my view.
