No sound and glitch display
---Title: Faulty Laptop – No Audio & Display GlitchesI purchased this laptop from Amazon, but unfortunately, it arrived with serious defects. The audio doesn’t work at all, and the display has constant glitches, making it unusable. I tried updating drivers and troubleshooting, but nothing fixed the issue.I contacted Amazon/customer support, and [mention if they were helpful or not]. It’s frustrating to receive a defective product, especially at this price. Quality control needs improvement.If you're considering this laptop, be cautious and check for issues immediately. My actual Review
I purchased the laptop last august. I don't want to give a good review so quick that's why it took me 2 months to do it. Anyways, the first laptop I had, got broken in 3 days that's why I less 1 star. The good thing is, its so easy to communicate with the seller and got my replacement the following day. And until now its working fine.Value for money: price is reasonable for refurb.Appearance: I fall in love the first time I saw it. It looks brand new, smart and small dents are not visible unless you really stares to it to see if there's a scratch.Customer service: So helpful, easy to communicate and fast to assist me and answer my inquiry. They didn't get to my nerve like the others. They're calm and will make you calm when you get troubled with the item.I came to realize that, when I open multiple windows at once and transferring files at the same time it will work fast but it will be normal to sudden make a noise but its for temporary only. We knew we purchased refurbish laptop though the laptop is 16gb ram, we still need to carefully take care of this so it will last.

I received my item on time, the problem is it take few days before you can finally notice anything wrong with the product and you can only return it after 10 days when you purchase it. At first it was working fine, the battery is good and its very easy to use, but the screen was is very sensitive, there was one time that the screen was just gray and I have to turn it off for an hour and luckily it worked fine again.
