Hi EveryonePosting my review after using the product for about a year>> I specifically use ANKER Soundcore Life U2I Neckband while doing my morning walk and while travelling to and from work>>I have found it to be very effective given the Good Battery Back-up of around 6-8 hours>> I DO NOT use it for calls since it does not have noise cancellation feature and since I use it in traffic as mentioned earlier, I found it a bit difficult to have conversationsHowever, based on the price of the product, I have NO COMPLAINTS in the matter>> The quality of the sound is very good with decent Bass levels and the treble component is not compromised eitherI would not be in a position to expand more on the matter since I am NOT technically inclined and would leave it to the discretion of the pure audiophiles>> The neckband supports Type-C charging and takes about 2 hours to reach full charge>> In regard to the Soundcore Mobile App for control, this neckband is NOT RECOGNIZED by this AppI am NOT AWARE whether this product specifically does not have App support or if there is some other issue, but for me, this lack of connectivity to the App is NOT an issue for me as there are proper controls in the neckband itself, including Volume Control and Play & Pause functionOverall, a great budget product from ANKER SoundcoreI have come to really love this company and currently, I use 2 more of their products with full satisfactionHope this helps!!!Thanks

No complaints about sound quality, well balanced sound, not overloaded with bass like most budget TWS, Anker rarely disappoints when it comes to sound. Battery life is less will have to charge atleast every 2-3 days. Calling and mic is good. Connectivity is good no issues. For a price of 949 it is fantasticBut big issue with warranty claim. Product first stopped working within 3 days of purchase, was able to get replacement. Then worked well for 6 months until one ear stopped working, unless cable is held at a particular angle. Amazon is not providing any help with warranty claim, it’s not showing me any option to contact seller. It’s simply showing me 18 months warranty, how do I claim it? No idea. There’s no local service centre either here.Go for Anker, but PURCHASE FROM PHYSICAL STORES otherwise warranty claims will be an issue

Quality of sound was ok. But after few months Headphones got off suddenly it didn't charge or lights were off.
