A real value to replace broken wheels on my favorite roll aboard luggage. A little bit of a fuss to get the old wheels off, but very doable. Don't know how durable they will be yet, but they look very sturdy.

These rollers saved a roll-on suitcase that would have been discarded. They were easy(ish) to install. The hardest part is cutting out the old rollers. They provide a small hacksaw to do this but a full sized hacksaw makes the cutting of the old axel much easier. The process entails cutting the old axel and removing it, replacing the roller with the new replacement and selecting the correct length axel from the three lengths provided. The measurements were exact and the option of three different new axel lengths made the replacement very easy. Overall I'm very pleased with the product.

I was skeptical that replacement wheels would work on my luggage. However for about $14 it was worth a try. I measured carefully the diameter and width of the current wheels and ordered new ones. Using a hacksaw to cut the old wheel axle, as instructed, I removed the old wheels. It is a bit of work but it does work. Replacing with the new wheels was a bit trying due to the snug new axle fit but it worked. The wheels are great, roll easily and look like the original. Waiting for our next trip to see how they hold up, but for now 5 stars!!

These worked ok for replacement wheels on my travel pro luggage. The bolts were a little short to use the washers, but it still rolls well. I added loctite to make sure everything stays together.One tip to getting the old wheels off. It was easier to pull the center cover off of the wheel and drill that out instead of trying to cut the axle.

I've just finished replacing my old Samsonite luggage wheels with these wheels. The hardest part was removing the old wheels using a hack saw. It's not necessary to remove the base of the wheel from the suitcase itself. I held the base of the wheel in place using large pliers, while my son (wearing work gloves) sawed through the metal bolt. It took about two to three minutes for him to do this. Once you've removed the original bolt it's easy to screw in the new slider bolt. The next time you need to replace the wheel, you'd simply buy this wheel set and screw the new wheels on after taking the old ones off. These wheels made my suitcase feel new. We also replaced the wheels on my son's Nautica suitcase. The wheels that I used for my Samsonite suitcase (Size 40mm) were shorter than needed for his Nautica suitcase but worked and was much better than the old wheels that he had so we decided to keep them on. The other available sizes were 45mm and 50mm. Be sure to measure your wheels in the way that they show them. We hadn't measured the Nautica's wheels, but he was pleased with the results just the same.

carry on bags can be expensive decided to change out the wheels on mine and it was as good as new highly recommend!
