My son wanted to get this for his friend for his birthday. We ordered it and had to put it together to see how it worked. It suction cupped very well to the table, and I like that they gave you a pumper to reinflate the ball. I think he is going to have hours of fun with us.

I love this good little way to get upper body fitness in at my desk. I know it’s aimed more towards kids, but I’m looking to tone up my arm area. It’s nice to take a little 10 minute break from work. Stick this on my desk. It doesn’t move it suction cups on there and I’m able to get some arm toning exercises done right from work. Seems pretty well made small enough that I can tuck it away when I’m not using it and is working well.

This boxing reflex ball is really fun to use and definitely helps improve hand eye coordination. There is a more name brand version that I have used previously, and this one is pretty much identical, though it also comes with different weighted balls which is nice. When I first started I struggled to hit more than 10 in a row without missing the ball, but after about a week I was able to hit over 500 in a row, so my hand eye coordination definitely got better with practice. What helped me a lot with this was being able to change the weight of the ball to make it move slower. With the heaviest ball attached it is easier to hit and work up a rhythm. Once I got good with that one I was able to move up to the medium weight, and then finally the standard, lighter weight ball. The only thing I did not like about the heavier balls is that they kind of hurt to punch! I did not have any issues punching the lightest ball, but I definitely had to hit the others more with my palm to not make it hurt so much. Another thing I did not like is that it is difficult to switch balls. I wish the balls would just quick disconnect instead of forcing you to have to retie the string each time. This takes even more time when you have to wrap and unwrap the string around the headband several times to get the ball to sit at the right height (stomach level).

It doesn’t stick no matter what you do. You can try to clean this heck out of the surface. Add a little few drops of water on the suction cup. It still comes off after five or six hits even hitting it soft..Highly do not recommend don’t waste your time. Unless you wanna screw it into your table.

Breaks suction easy

The media could not be loaded. This thing is so much fun! I got it as an emotional regulation tool for my son with ASD/ADHD. He loves it! I noticed other reviewers struggling to get it to stick. A few tips: 1) use a VERY smooth and clean surface, 2) apply as much pressure to the center of the suction device—even pushing using the bar won’t give you as much suction, 3) use the split washer and extra nut to tighten the suction plate to threaded bar. I don’t know if that last one actually does anything, but our punching bag certainly isn’t going anywhere! The area where this product falls short is in the instructions. I’m a person that generally doesn’t read instructions anyway, so it didn’t affect me. But I get the impression that some of the issues people have with it not sticking are due to assembly error. Clearer instructions would definitely help with this, I think. Assuming you read instructions. Haha.

I got this to put on my husbands desk since he works from home and he loves it. Gives him stress relief while working and it sticks right to the desk.

The whole reason I got this product was in hopes of it ACTUALLY sticking to surfaces..... thebsuction cup base is super weak. 2 punches from my 3 year old and it tips over.... every... single... time.....Not happy 😒
