Just got it & already love it. No time to download the app, & just turn it on, connect and start using it. Takes just a bit of getting used to but Cameras like this always do confuse the brain. Keep trying to turn your head or the phone in your hand. Learned real quick, place the phone in a stand and go to town as you wish. I was finished plucking hair from eat before I noticed there is a Zoom function that is just press to zoom in 6 step magnification. Highly Recommend. I have two other cameras like this (sort of) one for Ear that has tweezers built in, & that uses my phone, & one that has it's own monitor with scoops. Love the one with the monitor as second choice, this just took first place, Easy. And not even sure I effected the battery by the time I was done.Recommend? Hell I think I might buy another one for my mother and yes I will be telling my other relatives about it.Thinking about it? Buy it! Less you can find cheaper. This is the only one I had seen.

Easy to use

I really like this pair of video tweezers. The ONLY complaint I have is that they use a WiFi connection instead of a BlueTooth connection.

This product is an absolute failure on every level. The camera is useless, providing grainy, distorted images that make precision impossible. The tweezers are poorly made, barely functional, and feel like they’ll break with minimal use. Using this product is frustrating and disgusting given the clear lack of attention to quality or hygiene standards. It’s shocking this product is even allowed to be sold. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this garbage.

I loved mine. They worked wonderfully until one of the tweezer arms snapped off. I wish they had a warranty. I'd like another one, but i don't want to spend $40 every 6 months

I have a few hairs that grow long inside my ear canal. I can't wear in-ear earbuds because the hairs irritate me. Not any more thanks to this! A fair price to pay for a device that I can use to completely clear out all of those stupid hairs from inside my ear.The tweezers are fairly good and can grab real fine hairs but stubby hairs are a little difficult to catch on the first try. The camera is very sharp and has extremely good focal range. It is focused exactly at the end of the tweezer tips and it is still good further away. There is a gyroscope that controls the "up" of the camera and you can mirror left and right so you can hunt easier on your left side vs right.The only negative is the app camera screen is 1/4 of the whole screen and I was hoping it would be bigger. You can hide the controls but that just still gives you the same size peep-hole.

Don’t often write reviews but note for iPhone users… If it won’t connect, just restart your phone. After that, amazing clarity, magnification (be ready to see EVERYTHING) and easy to navigate and use. Auto corrects if you turn them so pic is always oriented correctly. Beyond impressed.
