A taste of heaven
This is a rich, umami flavor that I will now add to so many of my meals. I wish that I can add this to my auto orders for every month. Yes it is that good.

Good, while not "Shiro"miso.
Much better than other brands that are claiming to sell "Shiro/Light" miso. While actual shiro miso is sweeter and lighter, this is pretty good. It does not say where it is made but mentions "Product of Japan". Ingredients are minimal and clean.Packaging - Plastic jar, with a seal you rip off before you eat the product.Recommended.
