Mounting piece so small
The metal piece that is mounted is so tiny, it doesn’t cover the standard electrical box hole in the ceiling. so now I will have to take them down and somehow plaster that huge gap, re paint, and then re-wire. My number one issue is that the cord is unnecessarily long, and it’s so tough to coil it all in that little metal circle without pushing the mounting bracket up making the screws impossible to catch the little connector balls. I am keeping them because I like the design and look, just extremely frustrating installing, and now having to re install after 2x more work to hide the electrical box pocket. Do yourself a favor and go to a hardware store and grab a couple 8-32 screws about 2 inches long. You’ll save yourself a few choice words trying your do everything in your power to not have the coiled up cord push the mounting bracket up just enough to not be able to thread the screws through the holes.

Beautiful but low light
