yes, the road bike bars work well with the tarmac sl7, but should work with 31.8mm bike stem.

You’ll need a 31.8mm stem for the 31.8mm road bike bar. Measure the handlebar you’re replacing with a measuring tape. If the circumference of your handlebar is 100mm, the aero handlebars 31.8 will fit.
