Rethink this purchase!
I seriously wish I never purchased this phone, Huawei have some amazing phones but this is not one off them. Constantly crashes and freezes, I have no games, videos or photos stored on the phone itself and has to be reset at least twice a day every day. I wasted my money on this and unfortunately was brought months before as an Xmas present so couldn't return or replace. My advice is spend more on better as you WILL eventually regret this purchase as I have

Refurbished?
The response to command was slow and made me think, its a refurbished device

The replacement doesn't work like the first one it's not rebooting and nothing I've done has been able to make it work
