Really poor design/engineering/manufacturing.
This is a low quality product with paid sponsors talking it up. The build quality is incredibly poor. Lots of ambient noise picked up. It also produced a tinny sound along with lung/heart sounds indicative of a bad quality engineering. It comes in the flimsiest little box that just foreshadows what is to come when you power it up. Save your money folks. Run, don't walk away from this poor excuse for an electronic stethoscope.

The quality of auscultation is the best I’ve heard on a wireless, electronics stethoscope.
I am a general cardiologist, practicing clinical medicine on a daily basis. I’ve tried a number of Electronic stethoscopes, especially through the Covid era and have abandoned them all. I have been using the stemoscope (awkward name) for a couple of weeks. It represents a big Advance in quality and convenience in the electronic stethoscope market. It was easy to pair and has been easy to use.Negatives thus far include the name, (not to be confused with STEMI scope), the size, which is remarkable, but it needs some attachments to keep it from getting lost (they do offer a kit for this), and the switch that allows you to transmit through your phone or directly to your AirPods, which is quite small, and it’s a little hard to tell when it’s actually in the off position. There’s no doubt that the positive is far out with the negatives. I would recommend this to general practitioners as well as cardiologist. It is also a great teaching tool being actually able to record auscultated sounds, hopefully someday will be able to put these into the electronic medical record.A great product.

Hearing Impaired Blood Pressure Fix
First class! My wife's heart sounds come through Too Loud in my RAZER Gamer over-the- ear headphones! I have to keep the volume at less than 50%. I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids and my hearing is too weak to use a regular stethoscope. With my RAZOR headphones paired to my phone first, then paring the Stemoscope PRO, heart and breath sounds are super clean & clear. I was a firefighter and this set-up would work perfect in high noise, chaotic environments where it was critical to obtain a patient's blood pressure or ausculate lung sounds. A sturdy case for the Stemoscope would be a must have. Great product.

Great idea, but needs work
I love the idea, connects no problem, can hear bowel, heart, and lungs but you can also hear EVERYTHING in the room or near you. There’s a lot of back feed. Returned it and went back to old faithful.

Not great
The sound quality of the recordings is not that great. I have recordings from the 1950’s that are better quality and I was looking to add to the recordings passed down to me. But the stem is ope unfortunately is not it. I tried the original then the pro, and honestly there is no difference in quality between the two.Great for tele health, but not so much for teaching like I needed

Not a lot of competition.
Hospital medicine attending. If you're looking for a true wireless stethoscope, this is it. It can pair directly to Bluetooth ear buds, or to your phone (which could also send audio to wireless or wired earphones). The one I bought had a cracked diaphragm/bell adjustment ring that fell off at some point while I was using it. When that came off, the diaphragm disappeared and it was sort of useless after that. But the manufacturer, to their credit, sent me replacement parts without hassle. It took a few weeks to arrive but it's working again and everything's holding nicely. I don't use it for every patient encounter yet, but I keep it in my pocket and use it periodically to experiment with how I want to integrate it into my daily use.

Great idea VERY POOR QUALITY
Awesome idea, but it was built cheaply. Bezal arrived cracked and diaphram is poor. Both made of CHEAP plastic. Save your money and buy a Littmann or an Eko.
