LOVE IT!! GREAT DEAL!!
I love these Huusk knives so much this is now knife number 5 (see my other reviews) but this is my favorite one! I bought it for hunting & fishing but tested it in my professional kitchen....and I love it!!! Beautiful thick wood handle that curves coupled with the finger hole in the blade makes for a perfect ergonomic fit. Like, it fits so absolutely perfectly it's a true arm extension tool that handles perfectly and yes, it can be used as a defensive weapon (against bears, of course). The blade is definitely the coolest one yet, super sharp as usual with a beautiful hand-forged pattern. The dimples are beautifully decorative and help to keep food from sticking, the jagged side is perfect for fish scaling and scoring meat. The sheath makes it perfectly convenient for carrying anywhere. And of course the price makes it hands down the best deal anywhere for a knife of this quality with these features. As a chef and an outdoorsman I totally endorse this this product.

Sharp, Comfortable, and Durable
I needed a new knife for cutting meat for prep and serving. Wow! Be careful with this knife. It is very sharp and comfortable to hold. It’s easy to cut thru meat for prep and finishing. Love it for prepping meat for the smoker.

Wonderful Knife

Great hunting or camp knife
I did not realize it but this is more a hunting knife to me. It looked great but I returned it.

Super sharp!
Very skeptical about getting knifes on Amazon. But this knife does its job. Super sharp, be careful I almost took my pinky out. Even used it to crack open a whole chicken. We mainly use it to slice steak. Love it. Price was good also
