à very well-researched book
There are chapters for everything. Breathing, exercises for different parts of the body, yoga for sleeping, how to set up correctly. And lots of links to articles that relate to the various topics. Thoroughly recommend.

Mum loves this
My 84 year old mum loves this. New hip 6 months ago and today she is walking about like she owns the place. Great Boomer book.

Not as illiustrative, not worth buying
Not as illiustrative as expected, too much to read. It is for elderly and who speak little English, I needed more visual teaching in books and more illiustrations, the describtion was not clear about it. And when I bought I found it boring, too much text, little illiustrations and quite primitive.
