Sorry but the description of this product is a misrepresentation of what it actually is. It is simply a mixer shower, NOT a thermostatic shower. Do not buy if you think it is. I have given it 2 stars due to the quality of the product though. It is simple to install and the chrome coating on the product is very good.

I ignored the bad reviews and got stung
Leaked from the unit itself via a pinhole. Wasted time fitting it and immediately had to remove it. This must have been a previous return that was not taken out of service and shipped out again as other reviews mention the same fault. Don't bother..
