These are good quality supplements. They arrive nicely packaged and contain 90 average size capsules which you take at 1 or 2 per day. These contain natural ingredients that are reported to reduce stress. The product information claims you see results within 39 minutes. I must admit I was sceptical but I’ve suffered with very physical symptoms of stress for many years so thought these were worth a try… I’m pretty pleased with the results actually. I don’t feel hugely different physically but when I take these at bed time I’m dropping off to sleep really quickly and staying asleep too - the benefits of a great nights sleep are huge! Because they help me sleep, I haven’t taken these in the day as I have some concerns they could make me a bit too relaxed! Overall, I’m quite pleased with the results. Physically I don’t feel I have reduced symptoms of stress but they are easier to cope with after a good nights sleep!

I have taken these tablets for 12 days to try and give a fair review, as I know with antidepressants it can take 14 days to start working. However the marketing did say they work within 30 minutes. The recommended dose is two a day. I’ve tried different combinations starting on one in the morning and at night for 5 days and then 2 together at various times of the day/night. I consider myself to have mild anxiety. The capsules are easy to swallow, they do leave a slight aftertaste but it’s not offensive and quickly disappears. However I can honestly say I have noticed no change in my anxiety. I’ve just completed a holiday which included a near-on 3 hour drive to the airport and then a flight each way. Did I feel calm, certainly not and I’ve never seen a difference after 30 minutes thinking I feel so relaxed. I can’t say I noticed any other health benefits from the list of ingredients and overall I was very disappointed especially for the price.

I loved the ingredients and especially that these are suitable for vegans.As for the quality of my sleep, yes I think they have helped me. I get a much better night's sleep since I've been taking Inner Purity Calm.I have difficulty taking large tablets, but these are great for me, as they're an easy size to swallow.Highly recommended, whether your vegan, vegetarian, or otherwise, as they can really make a difference and help you to improve your sleep, in combination with other non-drug related approaches.
