These are so adorable. Very soft and cute. Only complaint is that it came vacuum sealed so the big soft bag was very wrinkled

Update: i was able to clean off most of the foggy grime with rubbing alcohol and exfoliating face pads we already had. It is a cute product once we cleaned it up...she loves the bats and the pillowy bag! Still docking a star for having to clean it straight out of the bag!So far we are giving it 2 stars...This is a cute piece and my daughter is obsessed with bats. But when it came out of the vacuum seal bag the plastic looks dirty and fogged up. I've tried cleaning it but it is not working. It looks gross and used. Unfortunately a new one won't get here in time for Christmas so I will have to return after she opens it and then try and get a new one shipped.

Cutest thing ever! Came vacuum sealed which made the bag have slot of wrinkles. I ran my dryer for a few mins on high sonot was already warm, then tossed it in for about 2 mins and it came out perfect. Fluffed up the lil bats. Love them all!

It was gift. Totally served its purpose

My grandson chose this for his bday. Item came vacuum packed in plastic, I guess to save space in shipping. It was terribly wrinkled when I opened the package. Now I have to figure out how to make it presentable for my grandson! For $26 it should be ready to go. Shame on you Amazon for poor quality control😕
