Love this scooter!
Let me start by saying it was pretty easy to put together. (Usually I have issues putting things together because I am impatient). Once it was assembled, I charged it and waited until it was fully charged. Then my daughter got on it and rode all around. So far the battery life seems great. She rode around for a few hours around the block and to the nearby park. It was a smooth ride and the wheels are thick enough that she had no issues going over bumps or holes in the ground. If I could change anything it would just be that the basket didn't have wide gaps so that it could hold things more efficiently but it's not a big deal. She just put her stuff in a small bag and then put it in the basket. The screen is really helpful and tells you how much battery life is left and tells your miles per hour, etc. Overall I am so glad I purchased this scooter.

Great Customer Service
We bought this scooter for my 12 year old grandson and he loves it. Unfortunately he somehow broke the battery box located underneath the frame. I contacted the company through email and they promptly responded. I sent them screen shots of the invoice and broken parts and they offered to replace and send the parts free of charge. Fast and friendly customer service. Thank you!

Avoid this! Get an eScooter without inflated tires or an eBike!
UPDATE: And the 2nd back tire goes out, and it happened right before coming home! Just when I was getting used to this thing! I need this almost everyday, especially in the cold months, and to deal with getting inner tube after inner tube from this company just isn't worth the headache and hassle. Changed my rating to one star. Not riding this thing anymore. Like it says in the title, get an eScooter without inflated tires or get an eBike. Much easier to deal with an inner tube on a bike than it is on this piece of garbage! Glad I purchased a stand-up eScooter prior to typing this review (plan on giving it to my wife eventually and getting an eBike to go with my regular bike.). Buyer beware!I had a busted tire tube in the back that was replaced buy the Urbanmax folks, so that was nice. One of two reasons I increased my rating. Getting the inner tube in/out of the tire wasn't bad, but it's getting the wheel loose that's a pain the deal with!As for the scooter, it is fast for my standards, and riding it is nice. Going straight, down, and somewhat up is enjoyable. There's the 2nd of the two reasons. I like the basket, which became more useful than I thought. The seat is decent, though it'll take some getting used to. Sadly, that's where the good parts end here..........and I go into why I only increased my rating by one star. As I said, getting the wheel loose is a pain to deal with. You have to also be careful because there's wiring to it, almost got one of the wires cut by accident! Also, what is up with having to refill the back tire more times than it needs? I'm worried this replacement tube is gonna pop sometime soon. Here's sadly another reason why I considered sending this scooter back, and that's it's inability of going up even some slightly hills. Any bike can get up those slight hills no problem, and it's an embarrassment to see other people riding scooters that go up these same slight hills standing up. It's sad that this scooter can't do it, often having me "boost" it along with my feet, or getting off and pushing it up these slight hills. It even depends on how the incline up those slight hills can be, and it's extremely tricky to tell!!^ Consider that as a deal breaker. Seriously. I'm still considering sending this back because of that alone. I can understand this particular scooter not going up steep inclines, but not going up just slightly ones is no excuse. Seriously considering an e-bike in the very near future.

Decent ride for the price
I wanted to wait to leave a review so if any issues were to arise I'd know and be able to share. It was short easy assembly. It charges pretty quick. Rides smooth and the battery last pretty good. It goes up inclines with ease and doesn't slow down even when strong winds are pushing against me. The downfalls, the kickstand is a pos that is constantly coming loose and dripping the scooter creating scratches in the paint. The trail light is way, way to low. If you put anything in the basket it can't be seen which really limits and driving from dusk on. The brakes, both front and rear, have squeaked terribly since day one. Looks like that's my first repair that should not be needed yet. The seat is pretty hard making the ride slightly uncomfortable. Lastly, the grip tape on the floor board has bubbles everywhere and it's continuing to lift. Another unnecessary repair that will need done sooner than later. I would but another one of I were shipping for one since overall it's not that bad. I just wish it didn't come with immediate repairs needed when it's new.

Perfect for zipping around college campuses
Just started a new job at UW Seattle and by week 3, my body was rebelling with all of the campus exploring I did (I'm 55 years young). Chemotherapy and cancer meds also left me with achy joints. Daily rental of Limebikes was not worth the cost so I decided on this scooter. It fits perfectly in my office. I can lock it up while visiting campus buildings. I've received TONS of compliments. The kids said "its a vibe" so I'm assuming thats a good thing. LOL

Very responsive customer support
I purchased this scooter in September of 2023 and immediately liked it. One year and a month later I started getting error messages and was unable to use the scooter. Figuring I was out of luck I parked it. I decided to contact the company. VERY responsive. I’m now waiting for the part at no charge, not even shipping. I’ll be zipping around in no time.
