Max dose 4mg = < 1 tsp. drowned in > 1 pint of liquid. Is this realistic for you?
Positive: Liquid form probably absorbed better than capsules or tablets. No nasties, no added ingredients AT ALL (very unusual). Dropper supplied.Negative: Required to be taken in 500ml liquid = over 1pint. Nasty flavour. Ruined the taste of my morning coffee.Lots of reviewers have already mentioned the many supposed benefits of taking supplemental magnesium. I am taking it in the hope of better controlling my blood sugar and strengthening my bones and teeth. I would particularly like it to help me sleep more tranquilly. I therefore need to take it at night. However, the seller insists that the drops be diluted in 500ml liquid (well over 1 pint), which is a lot! If I drink so much near bedtime I risk having to get up in the night. Many reviewers complain about the taste. I thought I could overcome this problem by adding the drops to my morning coffee, but they just ruined it (my great treat of the day) for me. Reviewers also complain about the lack of markers on the dropper. However, the maximum dose of 4mg = a bit less than a full 5mg teaspoon, so I don't see that as a big problem. If in doubt, take a little less - the bottle will last the longer.Given the current price of £17.99 for 30 servings, I suggest you reflect before buying on whether you can tolerate drinking 500ml liquid + the magnesium drops, which may not taste too good. Don't forget, you will need to do this every day , not just as a one-off. I am not at all convinced this will work for me.

Magnesium is so good for our bodies.
Magnesium offers a wide range of benefits for your body. It helps improve sleep, supports muscle and nerve function, regulates blood pressure, and much more. Additionally, magnesium is essential for energy production and maintaining healthy bones, teeth, and muscles. This supplement comes in liquid form, making it easy to add to your favourite drinks like coffee, fruit juice, or milkshakes. While the taste may not be the most appealing, you can easily mix it with flavoured beverages to improve its flavour. These magnesium drops are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, are gluten-free, and non-GMO.The price is reasonable and aligns with my expectations.Thank you for reading my review; I hope you find it helpful.

Foul tasting and expensive
I got this magnesium drops as I have been struggling with sleep and I have heard the health benefits of taking magnesium supplements so I just had to give these a try.I followed the recommended dose, but as I use these to help with sleep, due to the dilution ratio (4ml in 500ml water), I was waking up in the night to empty my bladder. The taste isn’t too great either, I’m under no illusion that some things that are good for you might not taste great, but the taste is bitter and made me feel a bit sick. This supplement did not aid my sleep, and the price for 30 servings is far too expensive.

Difficult to know how much you're taking, but an easy way of getting Mg daily
I sometimes prefer taking tinctures and liquid versions of supplements over swallowing handfuls of capsules, so this has been a useful option for me. You could definitely add this to a drink or protein shake etc. The label says taking 4ml will provide you with 440mg of magnesium, but the glass dropper does not have any markings on it, so you actually don't know how much you're getting. And of course as anyone who has ever worked with a dropper will tell you, it's almost impossible to fill a dropper with one depression of the bulb at the top, so it's difficult to tell how much of this stuff you're actually getting per serving. Also, the print on the label is absolutely minute, which is irritating to say the least. The manufacturer could definitely do with cutting back on the fancy artwork on the front of the label, and increasing the font size of the important text on the back. Finally, this supplement has a sharp and unpleasant taste so do not be tempted to take it neat. Do dilute it as per the instructions - if you can actually read the small print.

Easy to take but the dropper was tricky to use
Magnesium is supposed to be beneficial for women over 50 and good for supporting the immune system, so I thought I'd give this a go. Working at a school anything that helps immunity has to be a good thing. This liquid magnesium is easy to use. The recommended dose is up to 4ml a day, diluted in 500ml of water/juice. I take a 500ml bottle of squash to work every day so dilute it in that. I've noticed no discernible taste when consuming the supplement in that way and it ensures I drink/consume the correct amount during the day.Does it work? Possibly. I've been using this for just over a week. Coughs and colds are raging in school but I've not caught anything. Has to be a good sign.My only niggle with this is the dropper, which I have found inconsistent and tricky to use. I'm assuming the dropper has a 4ml volume, it's not clear from the bottle, but I struggle to fill it. It naturally gets about a third of the way and no more (with repeated effort I can nearly fill it). So I tend to squirt a couple of partially filled droppers into my squash, which is not as precise as I'd like.Overall this is very simple to consume and one bottle should last a month, so it's reasonably good value.

Taste bad!
I don’t know if it works or not. But adding it to something more tasteful also add calories to my diet.
