Very less sponge on palm
Get XL for free size, it has a good strap adjustments.At palm it doesn't have much sponge, so when you lift weights you can feel the pain.if you are looking for stylish Gloves go for it.

Durable gloves
Gloves are well stitched and the seams are still holding. Hopefully, they will remain like that for a while.
