Item stopped working after 2 months of purchase. The item cannot be returned as the return window is closed.

Works perfectly while it’s working. But the battery has to charge frequently and broke fairly quickly.

This is my 3rd purchase
1st purchase worked stopped working after for 5 months (purchased on 22October 2023). Then I purchased a second, didn't work off the packaging, I got a refund. Then I ordered another hoping it was a mix up and hopefully I will get one like the 1st purchase. Tp my disappointment - Its as bad as the second one. Further investigation showed me the build quality including mechanics of the equipment has changed since the 1st purchase - i.e. the subsequent ones being built poorly. So they definitely got a bad stock, please take caution.
