I wish I would have seen that it’s risky on blood thinners and it can lower your blood sugar drastically. I suggest you contact your doctor before ordering these supplements!They taste really good tho.

I couldn’t find a good enough review when I was doing my research so I’ll write the type of review that I was looking for.I’ve been taking these gummies for 7 days, I ran out already but that’s just because my husband was taking them too. I take 2 gummies 3 times a day 15-30 minutes before every meal. I notice the appetite suppression for sure. I used to starve all the time but now I don’t feel hungry even when it’s time to eat, but obviously I eat because I know I have to. So that’s great. I haven’t felt any side effects, I’ve been using the bathroom as normal, no discomfort, nothing. I do intend to use Berberine as a weight loss aid, I have not seen any difference with that other than the fact that I feel less bloated and less puffy, but then again, it’s only been a week. The gummies themselves are super tasty, they have a fruity taste and I don’t taste the cinnamon or the bitterness of Berberine. So that’s also good.My husband has noticed the appetite suppression as well and he noticed a big increase in his energy.I think these gummies are good if you’re gonna try them for the first time. However, I might try a pill version with more quantity for it to last us longer. Haven’t decided yet, but will for sure continue taking the supplement to give it more time and see if we see results.

Hit and miss, I frequently receive a bottle that the gummies are hard as a rock. Product itself seems good, but I don’t have time to deal with the quality issues.Update received refund due to review, seller is easy to work with so moved to 3 stars

I have ordered this product several times because unlike most "sugar free" gummies, it contained no sugar and no maltitol (see photo of label showing "Other Ingredients" from the bottle I have now).I was going to reorder and happened to look at the current label photo which shows the product now contains IMO (isomalto-oligosaccharide), which causes blood sugar spikes. I wonder if the product I currently have also contains IMO but they just inadvertently or intentionally left it off of the label on the bottle I have. Not good.I will not be buying this again, and if you are using it to benefit from Berberine's effect on blood sugar, you might want to reconsider purchasing this. I will be throwing out the few I have left.
