Great! But could use more cream filling
These are delicious. I use to make them myself with the original biscoff and cream frosting. My only complaint with these pre-made round ones is that the cookie-to-filling ratio is a little off. The cookie taste is too overpowering for the amount of filling.All-in-all still a delicious treat! But I recommend trying the regular biscoffs with your own cream dip or filling!

Great Cookie
My son is allergic to peanuts so I can’t have peanut butter. We found these as an alternative to peanut butter cookies for him. Also they make a spread that’s like peanut butter and he likes that for his sandwich.
