I take a lot of different gummy supplements. I was excited to try these resveratrol gummies for their health benefits, but unfortunately, the taste is a big letdown. Instead of a fruity or natural flavor, they have a strong, perfumey aftertaste. That said, the texture is good—not too sticky or overly chewy. And if you can get past the taste, they seem to be a convenient way to get a daily dose of resveratrol. I just wish they had a better, more natural flavor.
