Brilliant for those training in SI or those in ASD ...
Even after 18 yrs in OT and much of that in paeds, every now and then, you find a gem of a book, that is clear, impacts practice and doesn't just repeat information in other OT texts. Brilliant for those training in SI or those in ASD wanting a better understanding of sensory processing. Plus brilliant resources on included the usb flash drive. Don't be put off by the price! Worth every penny. Should be in every OT teams library, if not your personal one.

Worth the money
Painfully expensive but can’t really do without. There are a couple of typos in the text but it’s a must have when learning ASI

A clear manual
Really nice and clear manual. I used this a lot during my Sensory integration training. It was worth the money and will probably continue to deliver.

A great book. A must have for ease and increased understanding/expertise of implementing SI in the clinic setting.

Good book but terrible memory stick pouch
I am loving the book and delivery service was gr at but there is one really great flaw with the memory stick: the casing. When the book arrived a few days ago I was so eager to read it that I forgot about the stick. I then remembered, looked for it at front and back and forth be an empty pouch at the back. This little pocket should not be open, the stick can just slip out, as it did in my case. It should have something that stops the stick falling out. I'm really gutted, and annoyed that such an expensive book has such a badly designed casing for an important component. So if you buy the book - which does seem like a good book, look for the stickImmediately and secure it or place it elsewhere. The four stars are for this very practical shortcoming. I was going to give three but it would be unfair on the book.

read better book about ASI
Its a good book however I find it very expensive considering I though would be talking much more deeper about the ASI

Needs to be part of a teaching session
I wanted to get a back ground information. The book is not easy to read, and would have been better to have been part of a course.
