I have 20 of these DK guides - so that must say something about them - really good guides.

Good book...not fully used yet but will be in the future.

Excellent. Just what i was looking for.

We used book in Bratislava.It works well.It`s nice to read book later and remember when we were in Bratislava.

This guide seems strong on the Czech Republic, much weaker on Slovakia. Perhaps there is a case for a separate DK guide for Slovakia.

DK Books Are Always Good, I love the format, and the pictures are great. We purchased this mainly for Slovakia, but will be handy if we ever go to Czech Republic.

Do not even think about travelling without this comprehensive guide or using another from elsewhere since this series are the canine's dangly bits! It says that it shows you what others just tell you. Spot on! You will kick yourself if you are spending any time in a country and do not have this as an invaluable reference - and I speak from costly experience. Worth every penny.
