Q: Please when the original changing mat that comes with the bath station worn out, can it be replaced? i mean just replacing the mat alone.

Don’t think the mat alone can be relplaced, you can use a cover to make it last longer or when it worn out l, buy a slightly smaller mat out over it. But it doesn’t look like it will get worn out soon.

Q: Is the bath Unit removal or fixed?

You can remove the bath unit to empty or use the pipe.
